Warranty

All of our carboncuffs are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate.

The products eligible for the Limited Lifetime Warranty are covered for the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

carboncuff is not responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as scratches in a device surface, lost data, or lost or destroyed personal property. carboncuff is also not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the product itself. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
